You can find out if you destination offers an electronic visa option on our frequently updated list.

How Can I Apply for an eVisa?

You can apply for your evisa either on the government website of the country to which you are traveling, or through one of the professional online e visa service providers

What do I Need to Complete my Application?

Just like a regular visa, when applying for an evisa you need to provide certain information and documentation. You can find the complete list on our evisa requirements page.

How Much Does an e Visa cost?

This depends on whether you apply through a government website or an e visa service provider.

Government websites are usually cheaper since they only charge a visa fee (i.e. the cost of the visa itself). evisa service providers, on the other hand, charge an additional service fee – usually around $20-$40.

However, when choosing where to apply for your evisa, you should keep in mind that while they do cost a little more, service providers usually offer a faster and more comprehensive service.

How Long Does it Take?

The application itself is a quick and simple process that you can complete online in just a few minutes. Once the application is complete the approval will be sent to you by email, usually within 24-48 hours.

In addition, most e visa services offer an expedited option which allows you to obtain the e visa even faster.
